Processing and delivery times

In-stock items, including vintage watches, finished Tetsche watches, and individual components, are dispatched promptly and typically arrive within 1 to 4 business days.

Watches ordered through Build Your Watch are assembled to order. Each one is built by hand and then tested before it leaves us, so please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. We would rather take the extra days than send out a watch we have not regulated and checked ourselves.

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next business day.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and are shown before you complete your order.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If the tracking has not updated within a few business days, contact us and we will look into it.

Duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price at checkout.

Delays and lost parcels

We cannot control delays once a parcel is with the carrier, but we will help you chase it. If a parcel appears lost, contact us and we will open a case with the carrier.
