Refund policy

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. This applies to all our products, including watches built with our Build Your Watch configurator.

To be eligible, the watch must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unaltered, and returned with the original box, papers, and any protective film still in place. Signs of wear, sizing adjustments, or damage may reduce the refund or make the item ineligible.

To start a return, contact us and we will confirm the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot refund an item that does not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Warranty

Tetsche Watches have 5 years warranty. This is separate from your right to return, and covers mechanical faults rather than change of mind.

Vintage watches are covered by a 2-year warranty. This is separate from your right to return, and covers mechanical faults rather than change of mind.
